Lahore: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) raided Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) central secretariat in Model Town, Lahore.
According to sources, the purpose of raid was to seize material related to the Accountability court judge Arshid Malik video scandal case.The FIA has already summoned a list of PML-N party leaders for inquiry.
Sources confirmed that FIA issued notices to former IT Minister Pervaiz Rashid and Uzma Bukhari to present on December 30.
In July Judge Arshad Malik was suspended by the Government after his video leakage and his alleged involvement in the video scandal. Arshid Malik was the one who sentenced Nawaz Sharif to 07 years in prision in Al Azizia Steel Mills case in December, 2018.
